Rich Raya is a native of Los Angeles living in Mount Washington, California. His preferred mediums are oils and acrylics. In the early 70's, he began creating urban and environmental themes, representing chicano culture. Working techniques in impressionism, realism, and illustration. He has been showing work in the Southwest area since 1972.
